Dr. Zubaidah Ya’cob is a Senior Lecturer at the Tropical Infectious Diseases Research and Education Centre (TIDREC), Universiti Malaya. She earned her PhD in Entomology from Universiti Malaya and is currently an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Liverpool (2025–2026). With over a decade of experience in vector research, she has been instrumental in integrating scientific research with community health outreach, particularly in underserved populations across Malaysia.
