Name Change / Substitution
All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Conference Secretariat in writing by 15 September 2025 with complete information as required in the online registration form.
Cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 31 MAY 2025:
- Refund of 70% the registration fee minus an administrative charge of the paid amount.
- Cancellation received AFTER 31 MAY 2025 or NO SHOW:
- No refund will be made. Requests may opt to substitute another delegate.
- All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for APRC4 2025 must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at contact@aprc4.com
- Refunds for registration fees will be processed after the conclusion of APRC4 2025.
- Confirmed refunds will be issued after the conference, via bank transfer or credit card, according to your initial payment method.
- Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.

- The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s) if deem fit, without prior notice.
- The Committee further reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event without liability other than the return of the registration fee.
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event.
Photo Release Policy
By registering for the conference, you agree to the conference photo/video release policy. This policy allows the conference photographer, videographer, and invited media contacts to take photos or videos of the participants during the meeting. The footage may be used in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.
