- Eligibility:
Applicants must be current students enrolled in a recognized institution in Asia.
- Grant Amount:
Each successful applicant will receive RM 1000 (for students in Malaysia) or RM 1500 (for students outside of Malaysia).
- Purpose of Funding:
The grant is intended to support travel for APRC4 conference only.
- Application Process:
Applications must be submitted through the APRC4 website before the deadline 31 May 2025.
- Steps for application:
- Step 1: Register to the conference.
- Step 2: Submit your Abstract (only for oral presentation - Student).
- Step 3: Fill in the Student Travel Grant online application form.
- Step 4: Please make payment in prior upon receive the notification of abstract & travel grant notification.
- Required documents for application:
- Submit your current Curriculum Vitae.
- A short Essay (max 500 words): Why do you deserve the travel grant.
- Proof of student enrollment (e.g. Copy of student ID verified by the supervisor)
- A support letter from your supervisor.
- Deadline:
Applications must be submitted by 31 May 2025.
- Selection Criteria:
Applications will be evaluated based on academic/scientific merit, and potential impact on the applicant's academic or professional development.
- Reporting Requirements:
Recipients must acknowledge the MSPTM Student Travel Grant in the presentation and in the future publications related to the presented work.
- Funding Disbursement:
All recipients will receive cash reimbursement on-site (RM 1000 for students in Malaysia; RM 1500 for students outside of Malaysia). NO receipts are required.
- Non-Transferable:
The grant is non-transferable and must be used only for the approved student.
- Right to Modify:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
